Robert Nitschelm, MD affectionately known locally by staff and clients as Dr. Bob, is a treasure here in the Flathead County. With all of the turbulence and challenges in healthcare, when Dr. Bob decided to leave Logan Health for private practice at Glacier Medical Associates, it gave me pause as to whether to leave the familiar and comfort of Logan Health (formally know as KRMC) and follow Dr. Bob into his independent private practice. Long story short, I did make the move and the experience has been nothing but positive! His support staff is professional and responsive. I encourage everyone to make the move with Dr. Bob.

Overall I’ve been a patient at GMA for 15 years and have been mostly satisfied. One thing that i find annoying: 1) everyone but my doctor seems to be in a hurry, particularly at the front desk. Those people need to learn further people skills as some come off rude and annoyed at patient’s inquiries.
