I went through these guys because it was a block away and I wanted to go through a local agency. I insured two cars through them and thought that’s why I was paying SO much. Turns out, my one car ran up in June and I received no email notifications to renew or even the fact that it had expired. Called and the woman says something like- wow that IS high. I ask why. She doesn’t know, she can’t figure it out. I cancelled and went through a multi agency here in town, Tamarack, and communication was prompt and I got a MUCH better quote.

Our vehicle broke down during the pandemic stay at home order and needed to be towed. I had just picked up a curbside grocery order when this happened and was 20 miles from our rural home. I tried to get an Uber or a cab but they were not operating. I called Tim Murphy and he got me home. I will be forever grateful!
