The Boro hall /farmer's mkt is only there on Tuesday's and Saturday's. No more Thursday's since covid started.I hope this helps.

Hi Greg! Food scrap collections are currently suspended at most GrowNYC Greenmarket sites including the Brooklyn Borough Hall Greenmarket. However, the Lower East Side Ecology Center has reopened collections at the Union Square Greenmarket and Tompkins Square Park Greenmarket: -Tompkins Sq Greenmarket drop-off is open Sunday’s 8am-5pm (New!) -Union Square Greenmarket drop-off is open M, W, F, and Sa 8am-5pm

There are 2 baked good vendors on Saturday: Bread Alone and Francesca's. The vendors often sell out of many items so go early for best selection.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday every week. More vendors on Saturdays and its possible that in dead of winter there are no vendors on Turs and Saturday. Though its December now and a couple of vendors are still showing up

I have not seen either... I would check larger markets.
