Avoid these people at all costs as they are liars and thieves. On our last stay, we were very aggressively approached by their "lead housekeeper" named Steve, on a Saturday stating that we are past our check out time. Included in our annual fees, we are able to stay until Monday as long as we reserved it, which we thought we did. Steve was extremely rude and aggressive with threats of eviction and late fees and was not willing to even hear us out. I called the office to inform them of this interaction and was responded to with completely false accusations and was told they are mailing me late checkout fees. It is not necessarily cheap to stay here and we will gladly spend our vacation time and money somewhere else that has way better hospitality. We have been timeshare owners for 30+ years and will never go back!

Cozy. We love the fall timeshare. Neighbors were a little rowdy with kids but nothing that bothered us too much. Deer roamed the grounds and the hot tub was relaxing. Although we noticed 2 cameras inside. I'm sure they have their reasons but made it a little less enjoyable.
