Beautiful property! The pools are plentiful and family friendly. The entire property is impeccably maintained. We had a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit which was extremely comfortable.

Been staying here for 7 summers. Right on the beach with two access points to ocean. One thru condo's ground level. This way to the ocean can be a bit tricky if you have problems maneuvering up and down steps because there are a lot. Next to the condo is public beach access ,which is perfect for handicap ppl and children . Also, if taking wagons or pushing wheelchair, this is the way to go. The public access also has restrooms that are super clean with washing station and showers. This condo is lovely with great security and plenty of parking. The pools, lazy river and hot tubs are well maintained. Always clean and crystal clear. Anything you could ever need or want is conveniently located near by. Just up the street there's a walmart, home depot, post office, gas stations and krogers. For delicious places to eat. I suggest trying NY pizza and BurgerFi, best burgers, chicken strips and fries in Myrtle Beach. For a sweet treat try the melt, superb ice cream! I would highly recommend staying at Mar Vista on your next stay at Myrtle Beach

I'll only answer to my experience in staying here the last few years. Parking pass wasn't required. We went June 1st year and August the last couple without any issues. We had 3 cars.
MarVista Grande is not pet friendly. Try Retreat Myrtle Beach. They specialize in pet friendly!

Hey they have two pools a lazy river one and a regular. There is more than enough chairs at the pool.
You should contact Elite Management, they are on the 5th floor at Mar Vista Grande. Of all the condominiums in the area, it appears to be better built than most as to sound and interference from neighbors. We stayed there 3 weeks last year, two families and children and our neighbors commented that they never knew we were there. We never heard any sounds from above, beside or below which suggests there may be some sound proofing. Owning a condo elsewhere, I can really appreciate the way this building is managed. Would guess approximately 80 units.
pets are only allowed for owners not guests. for rental duration check with owner
The pools are always open. The outdoors is heated. The bar I'm not sure, I think depends on weather. We stayed at Christmas had a great time.
