Never stayed here, but have next door to it. This is a piece of junk property!! Right now the roof is missing and hopefully they will never be able to open back up, but if so be sure to bring your guns and hugh rodiant repellent if you book here! POS! Better to go ahead and demo the place!

9 -16 to 9 - 16 - 2022. Had a Wonderful time staying at the Red Tree!! Our remodeled room on the 5th floor had a Beautiful view of the ocean! The Housekeeping Staff were great! Milt was very helpful in the checking in lobby! Will definitely be staying here in the future! Cindy and Eddie Waugh

New renovations its a very nice & clean with new carpeting along with a modern set-up.The desk clerks was super friendly & apologized for the renovations because some still being done... Very professional & friendly service & cleanliness is a must for me & my wife & I can say sitting here from my balcony I would definitely recommend this property because I believe you will be very pleased & it's super reasonable rates..

Pretty sure when I checked last (couple years back), they did not allow pets.
There's a Krispy Kreme Shop close by. Although complimentary coffee in the lobby.
Old hotel great view when I stayed there in July 2017 rooms could've used a good scrubbing, towel rack was falling off wall in bathroom and bathroom faucet dripped all the time but beds were comfy and like I said the view was awesome
