Food was good, but no real service to speak of. You order at a kiosk, then go pick up your food when it is done. I had to ask multiple times for some things. But at least the food was very good.

Tried to dine in. Would have spent 40 dollars or more but doors were locked. It was 7pm. 4 tables of people inside eating 1 car in drive though, 5 employees visible. 3 looked right at us and didn't say a word just let us stand outside.

This is not the Steak 'n Shake I am use to. It was one of the last restaurant you could go to and receive the personal touch It is now self serving. You ring in your food and you seat yourself and wait for your name to be called.... Smh

I don't believe so, but the Midnight Menu does offer the 7x7... Just add bacon

I've personally never had an issue here. But, like all food chains, it would have to depend on the time and day you decide to visit. Not every worker is the same. I would suggest giving it another try on a different day and if the experience is the same, then you need not go again.

I'm fairly certain that the inside is open 24hrs also. Unless they changed the lobby hours. This is a few years back but I was there at 3 or 4am and it was packed.
2 for $6.00 or 2 for $5.00. But They are Small !! & Only 6 To Select from !!! If you're go to Take Little Kids Under 5yr. It's Good !! Have a Bless Snack !!
Because some of them aren't mature enough to work with the public. They may need more training. Even on how to behave and respect your fellow workers. I hope this helps.
