Tried stake n shake for the first time at this location, absolutely positively the WORST service and they messed up my food more than once. Me personally will never try it again. But the manager was understanding and very polite

I've personally never had an issue here. But, like all food chains, it would have to depend on the time and day you decide to visit. Not every worker is the same. I would suggest giving it another try on a different day and if the experience is the same, then you need not go again.

I believe the experience also varies on the time of day. I have been here before around 4pm on a weekday and the experience was fine. My last visit was also in a weekday but at 9pm. This service needed an overhaul or a stronger managerial presence. To each his own I say!

My experiences there have always been very good, Fallon! Great service, delicious food, and my orders have always been consistently correct! Not one problem have I ever encountered there ...not one! Try them again, I bet you will be pleasantly surprised!
