They are all about just collecting money, fee for this, fee for that, pay now, that's all they talked about was money. Had emergency come up had to cancel 2 days before and they don't care just give us our money $150 reschedule fee.... very unprofessional. Office was dirty. My dog had a nicer facility and was treated better when I had him neutered.

I had it done a few weeks ago. I walked out of the building 30 minutes after I walked in. My insurance covered the entire procedure.
