Dr. Capogna is everything you’re looking for in a doctor: intelligent, highly-educated, experienced, articulate, caring, and positive. I have seen him several times over the years for different injuries, and found that he takes his time with his patients, provides thorough examinations, and explains his observations clearly. He is one of the seemingly rare surgeons who readily offers objective, unbiased and balanced information, even if it means the patient may be less likely to choose to have surgery. Dr. Capogna is a true gem in the medical community and I highly recommend him.

After fracturing my right knee and shoulder from a fall from a ladder, dr. Capogna performed a minimally invasive surgery on the shoulder through 4 small incisions. He carefully explained that the knee would heal without surgery as long as l stayed off it for about 4-6 weeks. The shoulder did require surgery to insure that the socket doesn't slip out of socket. He pointed out the bony bankart fracture to me on the X-rays so that l understood what my options were. The procedure was successful and dr. Capogna followed up over the next few months with examinations and X-rays, as well as recommending physical therapy for the shoulder. Now that 6 months have passed, I am back to normal activities with no pain and only minimal reduction in range of motion for the shoulder. I highly recommend Dr. Capogna as he is very thorough and professional not only in performing the surgery, but also in explaining everything throughout the healing process. He also has an excellent and friendly bedside manner, which is very refreshing. Thank you dr. Capogna.

Dr. Capogna is amazing! I came to Dr. Capogna as a former athlete and 20-year-old that had trouble walking and going upstairs due to two labral tears and congenital hip dysplasia. Dr. Capogna explained the surgery that would help me, and I was able to get surgery within just a few weeks after our initial consult. Throughout my recovery, Dr. Capogna answered my questions and reassured me when I was nervous about the process. Now I can workout consistently and move around like every twenty-year-old should be able to. If you're looking for a patient and caring doctor who knows what he's doing, be sure to meet with Dr. Capogna!

Dr. Capogna was fantastic in all regards. I came to him with a knee injury and am happy that I came to him and no one else. He took the time to examine and fully explain my injury and all my options, and make me feel comfortable in the surgery that I ended up having. From pre-op to surgery, all the way through post op and recover, he was always willing to take the time explain everything and make me confident in the process, as well as always responding to any questions or concerns I may have had between office visits. I am happy to say that I now feel better than ever and I have Dr. Capogna to thank for that. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a fantastic orthopedist!
