Stay away form this office. The staff is totally inept regarding insurance issues. When I inquired if my procedure was authorized by my insurance company I was told my insurance company does not require any authorizations. In fact the insurance company advised that office my procedure was not covered. I would not of had the procedure if I had known this. I was then responsible for the the payment. In the process of working out the matter with billing, NYU Langone sent the bill to collections. Now I'm dealing with a collections agency. Stay away !!!

as if a medical procedure was not enough, be sure that your insurance card is updated otherwise they will get a collector billing you before you get an invoice from them.

3 different procedures(US, and CR), and I was in & out in under an hour. The centralized medical records system made check-in a breeze. Staff was professional, and courteous. Facility was clean, and organized.
