Very pleased with visit. Had a few issue with vehicle and they were able able to fix the ones that were immediate needs, let me know what could wait and even provided part numbers. Didn’t feel the pressure and up sale of maintenance I have felt at other places. Always a good experience.

I went with my son to look at a vehicle I saw listed online. The salesman (Fernando) shook my son’s hand and introduced himself. He claimed that this store was a high volume store and that they could work with us on price. He didn’t acknowledge me until he asked for a drivers license and my son said the vehicle was for me. Once we went inside, I let Fernando know that I needed an OTD price as I am pre- approved thru my credit union. He asked that I write down the approval amount and sign a sheet that he brought out with over 8,000$ in miscellaneous fees. When I asked what they were, he said this is something we do after the customer purchases the vehicle. He claimed they do ceramic coat, a 5 year leather interior treatment along with an added gps while the customer waits. I let the salesman know I wasn’t interested in any of them. He left and came back claiming his manager took 50% off the add-ons. I said I don’t want the add ons. He then left & came back & said he couldn’t help me. Over 8,000$ in fees along with bs explanation. Theses people are crooks.
