The scariest decision of my life, so far, was finding a suitable alternative home for my Dad after it was determined that he could no longer live on his own. I am out of state, and trying to coordinate all of his future care and living long distance was tough. The Kingswood Place management team and staff helped us so much and made us feel so comfortable. I can't thank them enough for treating my Dad, like their Dad!

Everyone at Kingswood does everything in their power to make the residents happy. They care for the residents and offer a very homelike atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Yes the staff is usually great but it's the management that drives that place intonthe ground with am employee turn around like a revolving door. They maintain a decent facade at first but that deteriorates as they are always short handed and not because they dont have employees but because their "numbers are too low" per the stand in executive director. Meaning they dont want to pay for anyone's overtime and most employees are brought on as part time because they don't want to pay for their insurance benefits or which, ultimately, results in a lack of sufficient care. Not for malicious reasons or evem negligent. The upper management is just plain greedy and/or driven solely by money no matter what the cost. Its flat out heart breaking to see.
