Worst experience with this apartment management. The location is good and the management takes advantage of the fact. I have been living here for some time. Cons 1. The parking space is sometimes taken by somebody and management doesn't take responsibility of helping the tenants. 2. Lot of break-ins. 3. Very bad onsite laundry. 4. Management seems to be interested in lurking new tenants into leasing their apartment only to suffer when you move in 5. Guest parking requires Prior notice. They charge $5 for the permit which is ridiculous. 6. Just sweet talks. No sense of responsibility. Pathetic management. Don't lease here. It's a trap. I m also seeing lots of comments indicating the move out charges.

The poorest management team I had ever seen!!! We lived there for 2 years and they charged us $900 for saying repainting the home(only one bedroom 1 bath)! And $115 charge for the carpet cleaning without any damage or color and $190 for the full cleaning! In end, we are not only losing all our deposit but also have to pay +600 which is insane. Please go anywhere else if you have another option!!!

I would give a negative star if there is an option, worst management. They are making us pay entire paint charges, granite counter-top replacement charges moving out just after living in the unit for 10 months even though keeping the unit very clean. No safety to your car's. Lot of thefts. Never lease to this community. You can smell marijuana when you walk outside at night and in the unit as well.Just the rule says Smoke free apartment but it isn't. WORST MANAGEMENT.

I have lived here for nearly 4 years. The management has been kind and caring over these years. They take pride in the community, and strive to maintain the property to be an environment, people would wish to live and thrive. In general the residents are all super nice people. Only one downside, visitor parking is hard to come by. Not an issue for most of my guests. The apartments are spacious, and feel like a home, not just an apartment. I highly recommend this property. It is additionally, a great location.
