A friend bought an equine and worked for 3 weeks and washed the engine and they did not take responsibility. That has no guarantee. I pay my friend 9000. In cash and the car is useless

No, they called after a week and a half and said my plates were ready. Next pay I paid them and had them in about 3 days. Maybe your payments were not up to date.

I've had this car only two weeks and it won't start. When I try yo call they don't answer. Not even a voicemail, it says it will transfer me to an attendant and then just hangs up.
