I wish i can give no stars. Do NOT get your service maintenance done here unless you want to leave with something broken and they try to make YOU pay for it. I was told they were going to do a quick car check up that would be an hour, waited 7 hours, each time they would give me a different issue! I left the dealership with a completely broken window or an option to pay $700 for what THEY BROKE. I have been to every Kia dealership from Tucson-Phoenix and this has been the WORSE one. DONT GO THERE!

Unless you have absolutely nothing else to do in your day I do not suggest bringing your vehicle here for a simple basic oil change. My appointment was at 11 they did not give me my car until after 2 PM after they found my key. Adrian Jamarilo delivered amazing customer service and answered and explained mu concerns.

I have brought all my KIA vehicles to be serviced here and Adrian always takes care of me. They are quick to get me in even when they have a tight schedule and keep me well informed of my vehicles status. I always recommend Camelback Kia (and I live in the East Valley)!

As far as I can tell, customer facing employees are all wearing masks. They have some hand sanitizer at the front desk and some at the service center.
Hi yes because you have to have a license if you are primary driver and my son can't drive yet too he has no license and can't be put on insurance
No elevators. Everything is ground floor and handicap accessible
In 2020 I bought a 2018 Kia Optima. It came with a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. I don't know if that is standard for their used cars or it was because there was less than 30k miles on the car.
Yes they do. Although I'm not crazy about my experience buying our 2016 Kia sorrento...I'm impressed with the quality service provided in their Service Department.
