The store is a huge step up from last year, with better management. The hours were wrong on google due to Covid, but with store hours extended now they are correct. The hours on google are not submitted by the business. Correct hours for all locations can be found on the website store locator.

Store doesn't open on time, we waited outside for the store to open about 10 min after it was supposed to on Saturday. No apologies or anything when they finally unlocked the door. People were clearly waiting outside and she walked up unlocked and walked away didn't open the door or anything. Prices are high but selection was decent. Didn't have a large variety of sizes.

This store is a joke. They have idiots working here. Employees don't even know how to ring up an order. Then they tell you they cancelled your order and still charge you while you walk out the store purchaing nothing. How is that possible? Keeping people's money for their own pocket.

If you're doing Halloween this is the place to go. Just about all you can imagine and they have a pretty good steampunk section too. Some of the costumes are kind of high but generally its all inexpensive.
