the customer service is above and beyond! I recently bought an f150 and they were on it. had the truck pulled up for us to look at before we got there. after taking it for a test drive and buying it. i went to costco afterwards to fill the tank and left my keys in the truck. it had an auto lock feature i was unaware of and i got locked out. they were nice enough to come jimmy the door and unlock it for me! thanks!

I wanted to give 5 stars because, honestly, I had a wonderful experience. Robert was so very kind and worked so hard to get me the best rate possible. We worked with one another over a few day period and I was happy that the car was not sold out from under me. He got me a really good rate and I could tell he worked on my numbers for a while. However, when I got home from purchasing the car I, unfortunately, noticed that the back door on the driver's side had a broken lock actuator (might just be the wiring, but regardless I now have something to fix on the car I just bought). I signed paperwork stating I would take the car as-is, which I guess was my bad for not triple checking every single thing, but I didn't think to test the automatic locks for every single door. Regardless, I'm a little miffed. A car is already a huge responsibility and even a few hundred dollars car be a big deal to a single person in 2022. The business should have made sure this was not broken once sold to me, in my opinion. Or, at the very least, made this issue known to me. Now, the thing broken isn't a huge deal, which is why I'm stilling giving the place a 4 star review, and honestly it's probably the best place I've been to to buy a car as far as sales people went, but MAKE SURE to CHECK EVERY LITTLE THING on the car before you buy. I was a first time buyer so I just didn't think of every little thing I needed to look over or test (my bad).

Laura Davis was amazing she was patient and sweet to myself and husband. All the staff even Brian Pashia from Another Time Used Cars 2 incredible we will be back once my husband is ready to trade in. Brian Pashia is awesome I had to add this part. We had some things come up and I was almost going to lose the car I just got but Brian did everything he could to help me keep it. I love my car and I am so grateful for Brian and the staff.
