Edited Review: i was contacted by a manager and finally my order was completed i recieved it days ago. I understand there is a lot on backorder due to the rush of orders and it seems like a new management team is trying to get things in order. I hope that Dennis Uniform will be better next year as will continue to order with them. Original Review: This is a review for anyone ordering Dennis Uniform online. Don't order because no one is responding to emails or numbers. You get an electronic person that's it. I ordered my daughter's uniform since July. I only recieved partial. They stop checking up on customers orders. I understand they said that they are out there was delay due to backorder but this is crazy its been over 2 months and nothing. My daughter has already started the school year. I use to trust them but now it's just very sketchy. You can't call them or get a response. I tried to login it won't let me login as well. I can't get past the security [I am a robot] even if I answered it correctly. I understand business is hard during covid but if a company is dodging customers I will have to report to the BBB.

This is a tricky spot to find. Gotta drive towards back of the building. Lots of uniforms to select from. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Company has poor communication with their customers. It’s been 3 months since my purchase and 2 of my orders are on back order. Every time I call for more info, the automated system says they will answer my call in 4 minutes. I’ve called 5x with that response and have waited each time. I’ve emailed and received an automatic response but didn’t get an actual person to respond to me until a week later. After emailing and employee and asking to cancel my order, I get no response back. They basically stole my money
