If I could give zero stars I would. The manager, Jason at the Chandler store clearly has not had any training in how to deal with the public. He was extremely curt with me, over a return. There was a mixup with what happened at the original Michaels I purchased the items at and instead of explaining it in a calm, patient, kind way he was very short and rude and then accused me of being the rude one! I will admit I was a little frustrated with the situation because of how he was acting but instead of him trying to make it right as most managers (who have been properly trained) do, so refused to take my return and told me to take it back to the other store and they could deal with it because he wasn’t going to! All this over a $4 return mind you!!! I used to be the biggest Michaels fan but I’ve noticed more recently that their customer service is practically non-existent. They clearly don’t have enough people working there. Maybe it’s because they don’t want to work for Jason???
