Watched the driver drive past my address without stopping. Then driver has the audacity to return to base and say he attempted service and I wasn’t there to receive my package. Now they want to charge me to pick it up. Ridiculous

For a large company this facility has the worst shipping area for customers I've ever seen. Staff is usually rude. Outdated small facility, and bizarre hours. Yeah the place is open most of day, but customers can only walk in to ship something for a couple hours a day.

I would contact the center and ask them too, provide your tracking number from the package an your address. They should be able to figure out who is the driver on that route and can communicate that you want them left on the porches etc
