They have aircraft here and if you feel so inclined, you can become a student pilot and do some flying. Be careful though as flying airplanes is highly addictive and can lead to good times and fun travels.

Usually about once a month there are EAA Young Eagles flights. You can check with the airport, the Fairfield County Pilots Association, the EAA, Sundowner Aviation, or the Historical Aircraft Squadron. I'd like to say the Young Eagles flights are usually the 3rd Saturday of the month but you should call and verify or check Facebook for one of the places I listed above.

What's the regulations on flying a helicopter in a residential area. There is a small black mh 6 looking helicopter that has been buzzing over hunters trace all day not sure how high he is but its getting annoying.

Check out the federal aviation regulations, google search for FAA FAR. It can be difficult to judge distance to an aircraft from the ground.
