The pizza was ok. Service was horrible. Was told when I got there they were working on a large order, and there would be a 30 minute wait. I told him that that was ok, and ordered. The people in the back seemed unhappy they had to work. Every customer that came in was told the same thing. And many left without ordering. Took about 20 minutes to get my order, I was surprised it was that fast. Even as I left, the customers were being told about the big order. The kitchen is pretty open, and I never saw them preparing any large order.

The food is always delicious but why are ovens turned off 25 minutes before they close? Good heavens!! I just wanted a deep dish pizza thats usually handed to me 12-15 minutes after ive ordered one. Thats enough time to serve a straggling single mom of 3 teenagers thats working two jobs before closing!!! Mondays are hard enough already with out being turned away from businesses 25 minutes before posted closing hours... And this is hardly the first or second time with Martin's Little Ceazars. Thanks tall kid behind the counter. Your time of handling supper for your family on a hectic day will come soon enough. Prepare for the inevitable nick of time not being any count.

Hot N Ready my butt... I was told that my wait time was going to be seven minutes and it turned out to be 17 and some change. The workers had visitors that came to visit during that time. I was almost late for work, this is even after leaving early just to get a Hot and ready pizza. I have one more chance to give before I just give them one star. I will order online and see if it will be ready when I get there. I live over 30 minutes away. So keep that in mind for my next update

I ordered one simple pepperoni pizza and when I get it , the crust is almost burnt and the pizza has so much pizza sauce it was ridiculous. Seem like they either forgot about my pizza or they were playing with it . But at the end of the day I apologized because she said I didn’t ask for light tomato sauce then I asked for a new pizza . Then she told me she couldn’t do it for me so I completely ask for a refund . I wish I would’ve gotten her name . She’s an older lady , with blonde hair , and short and I believe she’s the manager. You can’t do people any kind of way just because you have little authority.
