I did go to 3 locations in Tennessee all dining room is close for customer, this is realy Ridiculous people want to go outside to eat not to take food from drive-thru. I end up to go somewhere else.

Just not what I had planned for lunch. The chicken nuggets and fries were decent but the Jr. Bacon was terrible. The cheese could have at least been melted. Staff were great though and the lobby is an extremely nice setting for fast food. The fireplace is a serious highlight.

Great food and friendly staff. Update... Not sure what happened but see photos. Literally almost chipped a tooth. I honestly tried to just go on and eat it but it wasn't doable. Whoever made this seriously should have known better. I called back and they replaced my burger, but customers shouldn't have to call back, return to restaurant wasting a customer's and the restaurants time, wait in line again. I didn't see them do it this time but I have in the past. There are containers under the grills where they toss down expired burgers(meat patties that's been on the grill to long like one I got) that they count and toss in the freezer to boil in water(cook) for their chili the next day. I was at the window one time and witnessed the cook pull patties from those containers and slap on a bun. Luckily I'd ordered chicken that trip, but if I noticed the patties chard and not moist I won't accept the burger nor should anyone especially when you are buying a combo that equals the amount of an hours worth of work for minimum wage workers.

Not really sure what I got but it wasn't what I ordered. Really sad that even in the middle of the day had to wait in line in the drive thru had a simple order and they still screwed it up. Martin has zero decent fast food places. Customer service has gone with the past.
