My order was correct and we had no problem with the food but and employee named Maggie ruined my experience there when she took my change without authorization to do so.

Horrible experience. First Our order was given to another customer. When we finally got our order, the sandwich that was supposed to be a double cheeseburger only had one patty. That’s fine. Everyone makes mistakes. Told them about the problem and they said they would make it right. They made it a second time with one patty. This time when we tell them it was wrong and they remake the sandwich they got it right. But when the carhop brought the food out she was rude and disrespectful. My husband went in the store to talk to the manager and told the carhop not to talk to me that way. Then the whole crew comes out and starts being disrespectful and starts yelling at my husband to leave or else they were going to call the police. While inside he was told that he needed to respect the fact that the cook was in training. He saw the cook drop the spatula on the floor and place it back on the grill. I definitely do not recommend visiting this sonic.

I rarely give 5 stars to fast food restaurants, but our experience at this particular Sonic was much better than usual. My experience with Sonic grilled chicken has been fair at best. Most often the chicken is tough and dry. At this Sonic, however, the chicken was hot, tender, and juicy. The service was also quick and friendly. I am rarely in Martin, but when I am back in town, Sonic will be an option for fast food.

Employees Parking in the stalls taking up spots during busy times instead of the dedicated parking area for them,employees hanging up the call while mid order and mobile order is constantly unavailable. This location used to be better but has started going downhill in the past few months.
