Food was GREAT! We enjoyed our food very much. Service was bad and the tall girl behind the register took her sweet time talking and wasn't paying attention to see how long the checkout line had gotten.

Was charged $10.99 for 3 chicken strips and fries when the receipt said one meat and 3 vegetables. My uncle had asked how much the drinks were and she said if you get the buffet, the drink comes with it. He got a Pepsi, he was charged for it because it wasn't Tea, Coffee, or Water. She didn't say which drink was covered with the salad bar. My godson had ordered the kids shrimp, it comes out full on a plate with fries on another. The waitress did not at anytime come and refill our drinks or asked If everything was ok. The girl at the register acted like she didn't want to be there. She had a major attitude and when I asked about the chicken strips and fries, she was having an attitude and as she was giving me my money, she was slamming everything on the cash register. This place has gone down hill big time! Oh and as my husband and son got home, they both got sick. Our last time here!

Excellent buffet. Tough luck that Union City does not have a Southern-style eatery like The Hearth. Foot traffic becomes congested inside on Sundays, but the food and service are excellent! That strawberry butter ranks almost as high on my Condiments Compendium as Chick-fil-A sauce. Almost. (And that's high praise!)

This place has been serving main food for years and years. I ate here as a kid. I briefly worked here when I was 16. I ate here a few times when in college. Now, we eat here for lunch, at least once, on our trips to visit family in Martin. It's affordable, clean and always has friendly service. Their burgers and fries are always good. The salad bar is always good. The fried chicken and fried catfish are always good too. It may not always be my choice when deciding where to eat, when in Martin, but when I eat there, I'm always full and almost always happy with the food.
