Station at Martin Apartments

Well, I haven't had the best experience here. Skyhawk rentals recently took over. It feels like it's hit or miss on whether or not I can go up there and someone actually be there half the time. EDIT: The old management understood that half the people living here work from 8 am to 7:30 pm during the week. They can't come get their mail during the week, so they would either let their roommates pick up mail and had office hours open on Saturday. Now, my roommates can't get their mail, because I cannot pick it up AND their new "9-12" hours are nonexistent, cause they never are there on Saturdays. Sick of the station, don't live here.

Ok im just gonna be as blunt as i possibly can about this about the station at martin. The management there only cares about the saftey of there pockets apparently because hear recently on Friday August 13th 2021 i had a gun pulled on me by one of the residents after a group of them tried to physically assult me ive made attempts to reach the front office and still have yet to reach anyone to have the situation delt with properly. Theres not a rating low enough for this place its not a safe place for students to live i highly recommend if you are a student in the area find somewhere else to live because the station is not the place and i was just a guest trying to enjoy a night swim go figure if i wanted to get jumped or shot at i would have stayed in my own neighborhood. The proof is on camera so id like to see the management try and cover it up.

I loved touring these apartments with my family! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We spoke with Haley, and she answered all of our questions with ease! Would definitely recommend living here if you are going into college! :) 10/10
