As most people call it, it’s more of a bandaid station. I went there with very serious symptoms of Covid-19, the doctor made it seem like I was just lying to them or something until the test came back positive for Covid. This was at about 6 - 630am. I told them I felt like I was dehydrated and that I was in a lot of pain. They did NOT give me any kind of medication, but did write a prescription for zophran for upset stomach and cough syrup. Mind you this is at 6:30am so the pharmacies aren’t open for hours still at this point and yet the still gave me no medication and just sent me on my way, dehydrated and in pain and let me drive off. The nurse I had did seem like she cared but unfortunately it didn’t really make a difference. If you can make it to the findlay hospital or any other hospital for that matter I’d definitely recommend that over Wyandot memorial “hospital”

The last couple of times I have dealt with Wyandot Memorial Hospital, it has been a nightmare!!! The doctor at the ER barely spent anytime with me to check out my problem and then prescribed me a narcotic( to help with pain)without telling me how many and when to take! The billing department is awful! They never answer the phone. Even after you leave a message, it’s over 24 hours (if they ever return) before they return your call. I had to have my mother go out to the hospital to pay by bill, so that it wasn’t late after they didn’t return my call. Also, they told her there is an outstanding $300 on my account from 2 years ago that the insurance hasn’t paid. Wouldn’t you think they would check on that?!?! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there and have to deal with these problems!!! Horrible customer service!!!!
