Staff was standing around chatting about anything but food, booths were dirty, sandwich was cold, napkins were empty. Staff was rude when I ask for napkins. Most staff was wearing headphones and unable to hear customers.

Love the vibes in the dinning area. Sometimes the trash and tray area is a bit dirty and is right next to the cold drinks. This Sometimes makes for some shoulder to shoulder action when the place is busy.

The restaurant was not clean. Almost every table in the dinning room was filthy. The food was terrible. Very disappointing.

Mask wearing (no mask at table), social distancing (some tables are closed to help maintain social distance)..
Not according to the Panera app. May be seasonal if it is offered ever. I recommend their app. Shows their constantly updated menu.
