I had a slow leak in one tire. They removed a screw and had me back on the road in about an hour. I highly recommend Tire Discounters.

internet scheduling a joke. Tried to schedule appt 6 days in advance no slots, then had to call for appt, still no appts said had whitewalls and didnt, took them 7 hours cause forced to walk in, had to call them to get it back before they closed on sat and werent open sun. Sad part this is 3rd set of tires in 4 yrs. No loyalty to customers

I just wanted to drop a well deserved comment about manager Patrick at the Heath Ohio store and how well that store is managed and how well he deals with adversity. I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation the other day and over-heard him calmly and politely dealing with many walk-in customers and those on the phone about needing to reschedule their service because several employees had called off due to various reasons. The flow of customers was enormous and Patrick handled each one professionally without harsh or frustrated emotion. In the customer service business, this type of response he repeatedly gave over the course of a couple hours is rare; all the while, him and his assistant was performing car service themselves to keep the business moving. Tire Discounters is very lucky to have a manager of this caliber.

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
