I went to riverbank in 2013 as a last resort to try and deal with my addictions. I had been to numerous inpatient and outpatient recovery centers always ending up back in the same place relapsing and back in the same spot fighting my addiction When I got to the house I was in a terrible place and did not think I would ever go back to a normal life , Riverbank allowed me to focus on going back to a normal life by giving me the tools to deal and cope with my addiction and the best part about it all was they gave me time and the opportunity to enjoy the things in life I did before my addiction took over, I went hiking , water skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, to many activities to list, every week was something new Fast forward 6 years I’m married with a 2 year old daughter , another one on the way, a great wife , great job I truly believe if it wasn’t for randy and the riverbank house I would not be alive today , this place saved my life and numerous other friends I met while I was there I recommend this to anyone looking for help ! Amazing place, staff, and program. Riverbank has helped me become a new man, and deal with my addiction problem. I came to the Riverbank at my lowest point, and with its exceptional program and staff was able to deal with my addiction and learn to live a sober life. I cannot say enough about my experience here, and if your are struggling with addiction this is the place to be.

With the widespread need for addiction treatment centers one would find it difficult to know where to turn. At the recommendation of a Drug Addiction Counselor we found Riverbank House and we couldn't be more grateful. My son was struggling with addiction for a decade. At Riverbank House he found a support system like no other. The staffs commitment to helping men though the recovery process is beyond amazing and because of this combined effort, staff/resident, I have my son back in ways I never knew him. He has developed an emotional, physical, and spiritual sense of self. This is a community which offers a continued support and care. Thank you for all that you do. Warmly, Mrs. Horne

When I arrived at the Riverbank, I was extremely resistant to the thought of long term treatment. My initial plan was to stay 28 days, but during that time I realized this place was special. I have now been at the Riverbank for 13 months and have gained an entirely new perspective on life. This community has taught me how to once again find happiness. Originally I felt as if going to treatment meant my life was over, but I now realize it is just beginning.

Is there a similar facility for women? I would enjoy the outdoor activities while gaining my sobriety.
