I was very shocked and disappointed that your service rep ... very deceitfully rolled a Battery test, cable cleaning inspection/service into the "what we are doing for you today" speil like it was all part of your customary multi point inspection/fluid top off that happens every time you bring your vehicle in for service. Never did he suggest there was an any additional cost or ask if I wanted it. It wasn't until I questioned the $129 cost of the Oil change and tire rotation, that he informed me the Battery test/clean/inspect was an additional fee of Appx $30. It disturbs me greatly to think of how many people your company tricks into these upsells because they trust you....I for one will be sure I spread the word and will take my Toyota to the Honda dealer for service next time. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of peoples loyalty and trust. Ricky Martinsen

The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. I was there to have my brakes serviced and the time to do that was 2 1/2 hours. The entire process took 3 1/2 hours. I was not informed that the time would be longer but when I went to the desk to inquire the car was ready to go so OK, delays happen. There were no discounts available for brake work so I ended up paying about $1500 for services that included wiper blade replacement. The staff members were friendly and professional. I would recommend this business.
