My wife used my card to book the reservation. Gets there and they won't let her get the car because its not the same card. Lady catches an attitude with my wife and isn't helpful at all. Also puts a 500 dollar hold on the card. We paid for the extra insurance not sure what the extra hold is since they are now holding onto an extra 220.49 already since she had to rebook it. Also their customer service line isn't anything but merry go round of number pressing as you won't get an actual person to talk to. Also called their number specifically and it rang till it hung up on me(twice). 100% would NOT recommend them to anyone and will never in my life rent a car from them again. Poor customer service, poor customer support line and overall bad experience. I don't usually leave reviews either....avoid at all cost. Not sure how they got a 3.4 rating.

There's a bald headed slant-eyed lady who claims to be the CSR here and she's f****** terrible she's rude non-personable and I would go anywhere other than hurts to rent a f****** car in Baton Rouge

Staff misinformed me on the under 25 drive deposit amount and I was barely able to afford the car. Other than that everything was great

Very rude lady working there. Rufused to make changes and had a very bad attitude. I told her to put my insurance and she refused although cutover service said she must. I don’t know why is she even working there

Flight cancelled and could only book a later flight with an arrival time of11.20 p.m.Is there an after hours pick up available or do I have to camp out at desk until someone returns?

I was able to do it. They asked for my credit card. I told them my debit card had more money on it. They took credit card and then asked for debit. I said I told you my debit card had more money. Lol

I got a parking ticket, do I just mail the payment or do I have to do something else?
