What a complete and utter joke this company is. Rent a car online from the Waveland store on Thursday night. Get an e-mail confirmation minutes later. Get another confirmation overnight. I'm on the way to get the car the next morning to make it to a real estate closing and someone calls and says we don't have any cars. They say call Gulfport. And I do. And the person on the 800 number assures me that they have cars in Gulfport. So I turn around and head to Gulfport. And on the way I get the same call from that location. And the explanation is that online reservations represent the times that customers say they are going to bring the car back and that changes sometimes. I say, really, how many times a day do you get a call like mine, twice? She says no, a lot more than that. I say, do you think you have a problem? She says absolutely. Effing ridiculous. Never again Enterprise....NEVER.

Brandon was very accomodating, getting me out of there quickly once they had a vehicle available; even though it was out of his control that vehicles why are returned later than expected.
