Hello the customer service was great but the 2020 Ford Explorer was terrible. Windshield busted and filthy dirty on inside.The side panel on the drivers seat with adjustments broken off only held by wires. Rims filthy and the list goes on and on.

I don't know what the deal was, but my partner was recently in a wreck and they could not get her name right on the rental. The person dealing with us was rude and seemed like we were a bother. Left and about 45 mins later got a call, missed it and left a nasty voicemail. Even though they were the ones that took her drivers license and did the paperwork and sent us away. Used to be my go-to car rental company on business and personal trips, but never again after this experience. It's true what they say, it only takes one bad time to forever leave a bad taste!

In reference to the " drop box for key return" question. The answer is yes they do have a drop box for key return.
Their web site should answer your questions. You choose the vehicle that you want to rent. If they have them it should show them.
This forum is supported by volunteers (generally customers). You are always safer to contact the business directly about business hours.
You have to call n reserve. Prices vary. Sometimes you can find a coupon or get discount thru your car insurance company.
Not sure you can call and ask it depends on what type of vehicle you want to rent also if you work for different government entity ask for your discount
Major credit card. Or debit card with bill that shows your address. They will hold price of car plus $ 250:00 against your card.
