I have been to numerous other Jersey Giants and always had good food and good service. I've tried the one in Grand ledge now for the 3rd time. The place is alot dirtier than all the others and quality is alot worse than the others. Today I got home thinking hey the 3rd times the charm but was sadly mistaken. After waiting a bit for the kids working to be somewhat coherent I ordered my sub Andy wife's sub even after looking around and thinking the health dept would've had a heyday in there with how dirty the place was... anyways get home to enjoy the sub and it was just out right gross. The roast beef had large chunks of hard fat on them. So took that meat off and most of the browning lettuce. If you want a good Jersey Giant Sub I Highly recommend any of the other locations in the lansing area. We drive almost 30 mins to get their subs and this will be the last time we waste our time and fuel to go to this location. Also they don't have the basic condiments or spices like the others. For example pepper there never had it the 3 times I've ordered from the Grand Ledge location. For a $15 sub you'd think it'd be better than one you can get pre-made at a gas station that's sat there for a couple weeks.

Not a good experience. Slow service. Out of basic ingredients like pickles. Lettuce looked like it had been frozen and very skimpy of tomatoes. Ordered peppers on the side and they did not put them in the sack.Greg, what location was this at? I ask because it wasn’t at this one!
