EXCELLENT STAFF AND DRIVERS!!!!! BUT, I have used Oreilly in Grand Ledge for the majority of my wholesale parts needs and that only has increased throughout 2021. Sadly the local management and the Oreilly corporation as a whole has decided to abandon their wholesale accounts in the form of cutting manager and various other employees pay plans down to the point of simply having almost ZERO employees. Closing at 4:30 pm due to no staff??? Time is money in auto repair. We are now forced to source and purchase the majority of our parts (approx $30,000 per month) from a competitor and slowly walk away from the great relationship we have grown with Oreilly in Grand Ledge. Lowering pay, increasing individual hours (with NO extra compensation), and thus limiting the stores abilities is only driving AWAY your loyal customers. We all know times are tough in the present climate and workers are hard to find but MOST employers have caught on and have adapted to ATTRACTING employees as opposed to driving them away with miserable and unreasonable compensation. You will cut pay and devalue your employees to the point that you have an unstaffed building (warehouse) with MANY alternatives (that are ALL open, close by , and available during posted hours) while pro accounts such as Me move on to those who can and will. These are sad times indeed and those of us who make it through are us who look outside the box for NEW ways of survival. Afterall you DO get what you pay for and you CANNOT sell apples from an empty cart. WAKE UP ORIELLY CORP!!!!!!
