Can't wait to go back!

Bridles literally on backwards rendering the reins a joke. Never placed anyone's feet properly in stirrups making it dangersous for the people that didn't wear heels of any sort. Horse I had had rain rot directly underneath the cinch. More problematic, I had to dismount to help a rider, after I had asked the lead person on two different occasions to help this woman. Great place but needs an experience horse person handling these rides. The Equine law does NOT absolve anyplace from being liable for gross negligence. What I saw here that day. A shame because the foundation is there for things to be perfect for all!

Love going out there to see George roaming around his pen..

A fabulous time, especially with Shelby as wrangler/trail guide!!!π€© PS Thank you for making sure to fix Achille's reins, too!!!

Yes, Wendy, we do sell a lot of horses each year. Call the stable office to set up an appointment to meet with our manager, Julie, to share your needs/wants and he can show you the horses that fit your preferences. Some of the horses in the commercials are personal horses, however, and are not necessarily for sale but we do have lots horses in the stable herd. You can also view many of our current inventory under our "Meet the Herd" tab on our website.
No they pick the perfect one to suite you based on your experience
There is not a weight limit. We have horses available to accommodate all riders. However, riders must fit safely in the Tack (equipment) that we have available for obvious safety reasons.
Weekdays 12 N - 6 PM last ride. Weekends 9 AM-6PM. Please be there thirty minutes before the hour to get on a trail ride.
Yes, we only ride western. Thanks
Yes kids that age are welcome. It's a great place to ride. Best thing is to call them direct. Very friendly helpful staff
Lessons can be indoors or outdoors. They can be scheduled by calling the office and they do have lessons packagea.
Hey there! Thanks for reaching out, all of our horses are for sale. Please reach out by phone at 517-627-5500 to setup an appointment to view available horses.
Not at all, they'll ask you what your experience level is before you are even in the barn area. The horses basically do the work for you, as long as you have balance, know your left from your right and can grip the reigns....you'll be solid
$225/month for pasture board $385/month for stall board.
If we could get her on and off one of our horses using our big stairs SAFELY as well as her being able to ride for the hour then absolutely yes she could. We have riders out often that have disadvantages and learn to love time in the saddle!
$35/hr per person
Unfortunately not. Our horses are saddled and waiting before you arrive for trail rides. Learning to saddle is not included in the trail price. We are more than happy to make it a part of a lesson program as well though.
We have a group discount for families of 4 or more. We also have group discounts for groups of 8 or more riders when a reservation is made on a weekday. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact our office at 517-627-5500
There is no weight limit but you have to safely be able to mount and dismount and be able to fit the equipment (stirrups need to go short/long enough and fit the seat size)
Yes
Up to you, if that is part of what you want to learn then yes, if not than we will have him saddled and waiting.
No, each lesson is based on the riders specific interest and needs. With that said , our priority is your safety so some things may be repeated at our facility to make sure we know what you know.
Same
Im not 100% sure how much an hour trail ride is but they did up the price of lead line ponys from $15 for one hour up to $20 per hour this year so my best bet would be one hour of trail riding is probably $25-35.00.. you can always call and ask or go to their website and it will tell you.
No
