This company is a joke it's 8pm and they just emptyed my garbage can all over the road and made no attempt to pick it up.

They stopped picking up the trash twice a week at specific times and started picking up once a week without any specific time, if at all, but my rate stayed the same. SO I AM PAYING THE SAME FOR A 50% DECREASE IN SERVICE…IT IS HORRIBLE!!!

We have used this company cause our parish has a contract with them. They are the worst, we have called them every week for over a month to come out and empty our dumpster and we always get told that they will pass the message and have someone call us and schedule an emergency pick up and we received none of that. We asked when our pick up days are and was told there is no set schedule for our area, which is absolutely ridiculous. How do you not have set pick up days??? I would never recommend this company and I wish our parish would drop them.

Ive been waiting for a cart since January.Call the District E.Councilmen no answer and call 311take the message but no answer.Had my trash out today and they pick up everybodytrash but my.What kind of business is this.

Questions & Answers

Please ask hoppers to avoid throwing the cans in driveways. Difficult when you return home and the can is blocking the driveway, particularly on rainy days and especially for handicapped people Thanks.

Just call metro and let them know you need another one, because yours were taken, they will put you on a garbage can delivery list, but they wait until the list builds up to a couple pages before they go out a deliver garbage cans
