The place was very unprofessional. There was 5 people sitting behind the desk on their phones, laughing and talking to each other. I went in for a drug test scheduled for 4:21 mind you they stop doing drug tests at 4:30 which wasn’t told to me until after the fact. I went in ON TIME around 4:00 and was waiting, once it hit 4:21 they told me I had one person in front of me. When I was finally called back it was almost 5:00 as soon as I went back they told me that my appointment was expired. All of this is completely their fault they should be more professional about the way they set things up. The lady was very rude she was cursing at me when I asked why they set things up so unprofessionally. My appointment was for 4:21 and they knew drug testing ended at 4:30 they should’ve took me in before the time was out period.

I spoke to one employer on the phone, she was very rude & ended the call on me so I called back & a different employer named Charlene picked up & she was so nice & super helpful, thank you Charlene!

Had the best experience Trinity !!!!!!! I think that was her name was very professional the office is very clean the staff in general are very polite and very nice the provider was very formative will always go to that urgent care
