Huge shout out to Brandon! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I purchased my first ever split board in the fall of last year. Only used it twice (Snoqualmie ski resort few weeks ago and a touring intro class at pineapple basin today) and part of the binding broke. I literally drove that afternoon to the store from the mountain to see if they can order me new bindings cause I needed it for a trip next weekend. I talked to the manager, Brandon that I wanted to even rent one or buy a new one, but they didn’t have my size/it was already rented out. They wouldn’t also have the binding in stock/ordered in time. Brandon hooked me up with new bindings that afternoon, even put it on for me, and checked my skins that they fit, all with a busy store and done in 30 mins! He was so kind and understanding of my situation. I also ending up buying an alpine harness and more climbing gear. I can’t thank Brandon enough for this hospitality today!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 please buy him lunch! Thank you thank you thank you, Brandon! YOU made my day cause touring today was not fun and I was second guessing my new sport. But now w my board fixed I’m excited to try it out next weekend! PS I have also gotten all my outdoor boots from the store and each time the staff are sooo amazing! Another staff member also recommended a touring pack and it’s now my fave pack! Everyone is so awesome! I always recommend you guys to anyone looking to go into the outdoors. Keep up the amazing teamwork! 🤩

Great local store with above and beyond customer service. Their mountaineering boot selection is impressive with several options. Brennan did an excellent job helping me find boots that meet my needs. He asked great questions about my intended use to be able to show me suitable options. I’ve struggled to find boots that fit for awhile and Brennan was patient the entire time while we tried different options until I find one I like and then gave me tips for lacing. Very appreciative that the staff takes pride in what they do and are willing to take time to find the right products for their customers.
