I'm updating an earlier review where I wasn't a happy camper, because now I am MUCH happier! The communication issues with my stylist, Jaden, were all worked out. Jaden gave me a wonderful recommendation about what to do with my growth-spurting hair (I first went to him after I'd done a "Big Chop" on my natural locs when pandemic stress caused my hair to start falling out). I wanted to keep growing it back out, but it's uneven now. I took Jaden's suggestion of crochet locs while my hair continues to grow - Had my appointment today and I LOVE them! Jaden was more than accommodating in meaningful ways to make up for the earlier color and texturizer mishap. He really is a very conscientious professional and he has retained me as a client.
