I love getting my haircut here. Raven and Tri are awesome! Never had a bad experience. But the recommended time to show up is so off. I was told to show up at 3:09 for an appointment with Raven and I’m still waiting a half an hour after. I know it’s hard to gauge how long a haircut will take but this is pretty ridiculous. But nothing against the employees at all. Just think the app/website could use some work.

Average cut, no complaint there. Got charged for the MVP ($30) when I specifically said no to shampoo, etc. multiple times. I just assumed the cost of a haircut went up like everything else. Judging from previous complaints they’ve been running this scheme for a while now. Shame on them

I didn’t get MVP haircut but got charged for it. I asked the store associate and she said that’s that’s only charge they can do 🙄. I wouldn’t mind paying for MVP if I had gotten that service.

I've been coming here for 4 years and 8 out of 10 times. I'm very satisfied. Sometimes the massage and shampoo session is shorter than others, which is kind of a bummer.
