the stylist on the floor ignored me when I walked in and another came from the back and claimed they weren't taking any more customers... when the salon was empty (no one in chairs or waiting) and they weren't closing for another two and a half hours. not sure if they didn't like the way I looked or were just lazy. lol

I've gone here in the past and I had a few stylists that were pretty good to work with. I recently tried to call and get information and the man that answered the phone did not really answer any of my questions. I asked if they had any availability for the rest of the day and he said he had clients (or customers) and then I asked what about tomorrow and then he said to look and then promptly hung up the phone as I was mid talking with him. The convenience of this being closer to where I live is starting to look less appealing after this experience.

I have happily gone here quite a few times and always had great experiences. I usually call in and ask for appointments. Never any issue with doing this method. I had just scheduled an appointment via phone just now for 1pm tomorrow, but I will not be going to it now after careful thought. The stylist who answered the phone was rude, condescending, acted like it was an inconvenience for him to even answer the phone, and he complained to me that I interrupted his work by calling. Ridiculous behavior from him. I will not be giving this location any more of my business.

I took in my preschooler to get her hair and bangs trimmed. Twice now since the holidays. The shop is very clean, follows all covid laws and both women did a good job. They were friendly and i really liked Karen. So did my daughter. We did a walk in on both trims. They do not make you wait long and seem to be more organized in that area in comparison with other big chain hair places like this. They didn't have a bunch of people packed in like sardines during this pandemic and waiting on haircut. Would i do a big hair cut style here...idk..but the trimming is great!
