I give them 3 stars SOLELY because they were open to take my cat to in an emergency at 8 pm on a Sunday night. However, at every step of treatment, they failed to call me as they stated or keep me updated with what was going on. Pros: Open 24 hours. Cons: Service, responsiveness, calling when they say they will, expensive, not professional.

Waited 4 1/2 hours for the vet here to tell me my dog had a UTI and sent us home ($400 charge). Next day I brought her to her regular vet and they took the time to actually take care of my dog. Her prognosis was much worse. The vet at Medvet didn’t even bother to do a full exam.

You should call MedVet. This sounds urgent!

Good afternoon, I have a parakeet , and he’s on one foot it seems like his foot got stuck in the net, but he’s eating, and drink water, what can I do

It's possible his leg or foot is broken. Take him to the local exotic pet vet, Dr. Rich.
