Great service but barely enough staff. 😩Lines are super slow. The Customer Service is the ONLY thing open managing returns, exchanges, register, and purchases. All cash registers closed. 🙄😮‍💨☕🥤Lastly, why a store who it's niche are pregnant and lactating women, have NO WATER but sugary drinks after making a long cash register's line?

terrible service. I have less than a month with a team and I find out that they do not change anything, the store is not responsible for anything after it opens. lousy store not recommended

My wife and I finally fell in love with a stroller for our upcoming baby girl. Seen it on display for $674 got it down just for the manager to tell us we can’t buy it. Because it’s an display item. Even though it had a price tag on it. “The manager response was because it’s just to show us the price of the item”. If item is now discontinued and you can’t order it online. They don’t have any in the store why is it up for display?

The store is good, but the lack of information with their promotional sales was odd. The staff didn't even seem to be informed there was a sale going on and had to get information. Some of the employees were quite helpful but there was a particular guy near strollers session who pretty much didn't care about answering questions and his lack of care made us leave without buying anything that we had put on our cart.
