Positive: Nice room interior and comfortable bed. Negative: The floor panels were nice but had some stickiness. I was placed in a handicap room, which I did not request but is fine. However, the grade in the shower area is off, allowing water to pool around the toilet. Several long hairs in bathroom (not mine).

Huge room super cheap! Friendliest staff no issues whatsoever had an emergency at the last minute and ask for a late check-out and was given a whole hour with no issues whatsoever! Thoroughly enjoyed everything about my stay especially the peace and quiet! If I can give them more stars than five I would I will definitely stay here again

No frills motel close to the soccer fields, where we had a tournament. Beds were comfortable. Our key cards worked half the time, as other folks have mentioned. Ceilings were paper thin as our upstairs neighbors, who rolled their luggage in at 2:30 AM and then proceeded to have screaming $3X for well over an hour after that, showed everyone unfortunate enough to be around them. Our room had exposed wooden beam ceilings...looks nice but does nothing for sound insulation.

I am still absolutely furious that we had our reservation cancelled initially because you had cancelled my reservation after a call with my father. My father and i paid for our rooms separately. We could've been not related but still shared the last name. Other than the last name, no other details of the stay were even the same. The fact you tried to play it off as my father making the error and you just executing on all reservations with his name is absolutely poor business. And on top of that, not able to keep my old reservation and having to charge a separate card that I was not planning on having an expense put on is infuriating. To top it off, when we showered in our room, hair fell out of our towels. There was still hair in the bed sheets. Utterly disgusting. Will not be staying here in the future, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND no one else stay here. Filthy and unprofessional hotel.
