The worst healthcare experience in my 70 years. I needed to have a Medicare form completed so that I could refill a prescription that was prescribed at UF and I have had for several years. In August when I contacted the pulmonary office to find out why the form was not returned to Medicare I was informed that my Dr. Had graduated, no one would fill out the paperwork without seeing me, and I could have an appointment in January. The receptionist insisted that that was my only option and I could take it or leave it. So.. I ran out of my medicine, ended up in an urgent care office to get a prescription for a less effective more expensive short term solution to keep me functioning long enough to establish a relationship with a different medical provider.

By far the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered!!! They should be shut down with as dirty as the hospital is and incompetent the staff is!! My daughter was discharged 3 days after being born jaundiced with high and steady rising bilirubin levels and we were assured she was fine which we knew wasn't true!! At her pediatric appointment the following day we were rushed to Wolfsons because her levels were extremely to high for her age!! Dr Alissa Rana and her sidekick who's name I don't know better pray my daughter is ok lawsuits will definitely be involved if she isnt!!!

The main entrance. When you go in, to your right is registration. Once you register, they'll take you to the floor you need to be on.
The building to help you is on the northwest corner of W 11th St and Boulevard. It's a one story building. I believe it's open 9a-4p.
is in the second floor
