Please keep your loved ones away from this "healthcare facility". I wish I wouldve read these reviews first, because now unfortunately my family has experienced this neglect And lack of care and disrespect for ourselves. I'm not going to get into details, but when my grandfather was transferred on a Thursday to this "deathtrap", he was lively, active, sitting up, communicating, responding and VERY coherent. 2 days later all we heard were cries of how scared he was. SCARED? In a hospital? What? It's now Tuesday, only 5 days after arriving here to receive his "specialized care" after coming off the ventilator, and all we see is a man who can't talk, move, bruises and swelling that can't be explained, and is barely coherent or responding. Even trying to get him transferred OUT of here seems to much work for this facility. Please, if you're reading this, DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!

my thanks to all the staff at Select Camp Hill for the attention and care they gave to my partner, Lisa, who was admitted on a ventilator after suffering respiratory failure, with other complications. I was not optimistic about Lisa's prospects, but I was amazed by and grateful for the results achieved by Select. She is now breathing on her own and will soon be home. A big success in my opinion.

I am 100% satisfied with the card my father has received from every staff member at this hospital. The staff are kind, wonderful, receptive and helpful. I have seen definite improvement in my father over the last month at Select after a long 2 month illness. I have shared my positive experience with Carroll Hospital as they recommended we come to Select. I would absolutely recommend Select Specialty Hospital to anyone needing critical care.

The Staff does not care about the patients, it's obvious because of how they treat them. They do not take the time to listen to stroke patients that want to speak and explain or ask the staff a question. No they just walk away from them and also serve them cold food and not assist those that need to be assisted in eating, they just put the food in front of them and walk away. I cannot stand this place at all and would never recommend anyone to have their loved ones placed there because it's all about the insurance money they care about, not the Patient!
