Initially, this company was pleasant to deal with. After attempting to change my status which would have resulted in this company making MORE money off of me, they have completely ghosted me. I’ve sent emails and have left messages for Donna Parker since August 26th. No response, and nobody apparently knows who she is, either. Now, I can’t even get them to answer the phone after holding for 20+ minutes. The only time they call back is in the evening long after anyone who could assist me has left for the day.

In most states yes, however anyone driving the vehicle will need to use the interlock and you may be responsible for any violations.
Yes, to reduce wait times, we require appointments before installation. LifeSafer does offer same-day appointments where allowed.
